Replacement Parts

Missing or damaged parts can be replaced by calling Simplicity customer service at 1-888-333-1376 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. In order to qualify for replacement parts, products must have been purchased from an authorized Simplicity dealer or directly from Milestone AV Technologies.

In order to ensure prompt service and replacement, please be prepared with your product model number and the specific missing part(s). To ensure accuracy, please have installation instructions nearby.
